Tras superar por una décima de segundo al noruego Andreas Mikkelsen (Volkswagen Polo R WRC), estando tercero a 16s.7d, el francés Sebastien Ogier (Volkswagen Polo R WRC), líder del Campeonato Mundial de la especialidad, y cuarto, el finlandés Jari Matti Latvala (Volkswagen Polo R WRC), a 22s.8d.
Luego marchan el norirlandés Kris Meeke (Citröen DS3 WRC), el belga Thierry Neuville (Hyundai i20 WRC), el neozelandés Hayden Paddon (Hyundai i20 WRC), el polaco Robert Kubica (Ford Fiesta RS WRC), el ganés Elfyn Evans (Ford Fiesta RS WRC) y el español Daniel Sordo (Hyundai i20 WRC).
